How We Sell Your Home

Our listing process — step by step

Selling your home is a significant financial transaction. Flowers Realty Services approaches every listing with the same disciplined process that has made us one of the trusted boutique brokerages for over two decades.

Process Steps

Consultation and pricing strategy

We begin with a complimentary in-home consultation to assess your property, understand your goals, and establish a pricing strategy grounded in current market data. We review comparable sales, active competition, and local demand trends to arrive at a price that attracts qualified buyers while maximizing your return.

Pre-listing preparation

First impressions drive offers. We provide specific, prioritized guidance on pre-listing improvements — from simple staging tips to targeted repairs that buyers and appraisers will notice. We help you spend the right amount in the right places.

Professional photography and listing creation

Every Flowers Realty Services listing receives professional photography. We write a compelling MLS listing description that highlights your home's strengths and speaks to the buyers most likely to make an offer.

Marketing and distribution

Your listing is submitted to NTREIS (MetroTex MLS) and automatically syndicated to Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and dozens of partner sites. It is also featured on flowersrealtyservices.com and marketed directly to our buyer network — including relocating clients from Illinois, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Showings and feedback

We schedule and coordinate all showings, collect buyer feedback after each visit, and provide you with regular updates. We use feedback data to inform pricing adjustments and marketing refinements if needed.

Offer review and negotiation

When offers come in, we present each one with a full analysis — price, terms, contingencies, and buyer qualification. We negotiate on your behalf through every round of counters with one goal: maximizing your net proceeds.

Contract management and closing

Once under contract, we manage the transaction lifecycle — scheduling inspections, coordinating the appraisal, tracking buyer financing, and managing the title process. We keep every party accountable to the timeline so your closing happens on schedule.
